1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the earnph26 website at earnph26.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by earnph26, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the earnph26 platform.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the earnph26 platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) earnph26 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your earnph26 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your earnph26 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify earnph26 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your earnph26 account.

earnph26 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the earnph26 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earnph26 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets)
• Philippine bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your earnph26 account dashboard. earnph26 processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within one (1) business day. earnph26 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be confiscated and the associated earnph26 account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

earnph26 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered earnph26 account holders only, subject to the specific promotion's eligibility criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• earnph26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the earnph26 platform — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, and specialty games — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on earnph26, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

earnph26 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, earnph26's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. earnph26's decision in such matters is final. earnph26 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's end, including internet connectivity problems.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earnph26 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with earnph26 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in earnph26 games or systems.
• Using the earnph26 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your earnph26 account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the earnph26 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other earnph26 players.

8 Responsible Gaming

earnph26 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your earnph26 account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any earnph26 content without prior written permission from earnph26.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earnph26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the earnph26 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

earnph26's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnph26 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

earnph26 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. earnph26 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond earnph26's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

earnph26 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the earnph26 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an earnph26 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. You may exercise your data subject rights under the Data Privacy Act by contacting earnph26 through the contact details provided in Section 14.

12 Amendments

earnph26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, earnph26 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the earnph26 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the earnph26 platform and may request account closure by contacting earnph26 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with earnph26 informally by contacting our support team. earnph26 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

earnph26 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with earnph26 may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
